Overview We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance. A Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present. The Shift Leader demonstrates established standards to keep the buildings/facilities clean and safe for all workers and customers. This role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed. Responsibilities u2022 Provide leadership and direction to team members u2022 Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management u2022 Report performance issues to the Supervisor u2022 Assist with the training of cleaning team u2022 Coordinate work assignments u2022 Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules u2022 Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building u2022 Manage security of keys and access cards for the property u2022 Report work orders for maintenance u2022 Makes sure premises are secured at all times u2022 Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work. u2022 Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager. u2022 Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building u2022 Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly. u2022 Complete order forms completely and accurately. u2022 Coordinate equipment usage and inventories.
