JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION SUMMARYAs a Senior Claims Coordinator withU.S. Venture, you will support the daily claims activities of the Safetyteam by managing assigned claims and coordinating with third partyadministrators (TPAs), insurance carriers, Legal, and vendors. This roleutilizes advanced claims knowledge to review claim activity, supportlitigation matters, and provide guidance on claims processes whileworking under the direction of the Claims Lead. The Senior ClaimsCoordinator serves as an experienced resource within the Claims team andsupports consistent, compliant, and efficient claims handling. JOBRESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate and oversee auto, general liability,property damage, and workers' compensation claims administered bythirdparty administrators (TPAs), ensuring adherence to companyguidelines and service expectations Support state and selffundedworkers' compensation programs through claim oversight, documentationreview, and ongoing coordination with TPAs and vendors Review claimactivity, summaries, reserves, and recommendations provided by TPAs andescalate issues, trends, or concerns as appropriate Maintain strongworking relationships with insurance carriers, TPAs, brokers, andvendors to ensure consistent communication and performance Coordinateand participate in quarterly meetings with insurance brokers, andinsurance carriers, including preparation of claims data and discussionmaterials Collaborate with Legal on litigation matters by coordinatingclaim information, monitoring case status, and supporting strategicdiscussions Review and evaluate legal invoices and related expenses toensure accuracy, compliance with billing guidelines, and cost controlsMaintain working knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations to supportcompany compliance and claims coordination efforts Independently addressroutine claim coordination matters and escalate complex issues to theClaims Supervisor as needed Perform advanced and often confidentialadministrative duties related to claims, litigation support, and vendorcoordination Produce highquality reports, presentations, andspreadsheets related to claims activity SECONDARY JOB FUNCTIONS:Continuously learn and develop self professionally Support corporateefforts for safety, government compliance, and all other companypolicies & procedures Perform other related duties as required andassigned Live our values of High Performance, Caring...
