Position Description: CGI is seeking an experienced Scrum Master (SM) to support a large SAP software implementation using Agile development teams. The successful candidate will support business analysis and SAP development efforts, resolve and escalate impediments, manage risks, help ensure value delivery, and drive programu2011level continuous improvement. The SM is accountable for the overall planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of value for the Agile teams. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of SAFe Agile and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to help transition from a traditional waterfall approach to a hybrid SAFe Agile practice. The candidate will work closely with program leads, functional and technical teams, and the government client to fully understand and develop the user stories that the Agile teams will execute.
