Job Description Our client is seeking a Project Manager to support a top federal construction sub-contractor specializing in large-scale design-build projects. This individual will be responsible for overseeing complex, high-dollar projects from planning through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful infrastructure projects supporting national security initiatives in Texas u2003u2022 Lead day-to-day project execution for large federal design-build construction projects u2003u2022 Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using MS Project u2003u2022 Oversee project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting u2003u2022 Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and federal stakeholders u2003u2022 Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation u2003u2022 Utilize Bluebeam for drawing review and markups u2003u2022 Ensure compliance with federal requirements, safety standards, and quality controls u2003u2022 Support estimating and preconstruction efforts as needed using HeavyBid/HeavyJob Drive projects from preconstruction through closeout We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
