Catering Attendant Job Reference Number: 38305 Employment Type: Full-Time Segment: Dining & Events Brand: Constellation Location: New York , New York (US-NY) The Role at a glance: We are looking to add an experienced, motivated attendant to our Constellation team in New York, NY. As a catering attendant, you will have the opportunity to directly oversee the execution of services from receiving to set up to clearing. Schedule: + Monday u2013 Friday, full-time + 10:30 am to 7pm and may adjust earlier based on business needs + Overtime eligible Responsibilities: + Provide high level service for conference room events + Set up and break down rooms in a timely and efficient manner + Maintain assigned floors and rooms before and after services + Restock back up items in rooms + Work closely with team members for coordination of drop offs and break down + Communicate with on-site captains for assistance, changes or needs + Assist organization and maintenance of back of house area + Continuously walk through the spaces to make sure that all rooms are clean, stocked and ready for service, including reporting any damage or cleanliness issues to facilities What we're looking for: + At least 1 yearu2019s experience in catering + Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. + Excellent attention to detail + Service knowledge + Able to adapt quickly + Experience working with a team Where you'll be working: Midtown, Manhattan Compensation Range $21-$24 an hour.
