Job Title: Assembler 1 opening on 1st shift 1 opening on 3rd shift (trains on 1st for several months) Job Description We are seeking a skilled assembler for an exciting opportunity on the 3rd shift and 1st shift. This role involves assembling products and inspecting materials to ensure they meet manufacturing specifications. Responsibilities + Assemble products and inspect materials for compliance with manufacturing specifications using work instructions, work orders, sketches, and engineering drawings. + Set up and operate hydraulic and hand presses. + Use various hand-tools and power-tools, such as pneumatic torque wrench, screwdriver, and electric drill, taps, and glues for assembling, wiring, cleaning, rustproofing, and handling filters and components. + Inspect final assembly and/or product to ensure quality meets all specifications. + Perform assembly support functions including washing, testing, and working on different job tasks within the department. + Utilize the company-wide computer system to check on stock, access engineering drawings, check on work order status, and other job-related manufacturing transactions. + Disassemble filters returned for credit, as required. + Perform other duties as assigned. Pay + Starts at $19.45/hour with a progression scale to make $22.75 by month 12. + $1.50 shift differential Why Work Here?
