Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support on a contract basis in Redmond, Washington. In this role, you will oversee the full procure-to-pay process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in managing accounts payable functions. This position requires strong expertise in AP processes, Oracle Fusion Cloud, and a commitment to maintaining compliance and accuracy in financial operations. Responsibilities: u2022 Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts payable operations, managing the procure-to-pay process. u2022 Oversee the accounts payable inbox, handling vendor setups, invoice coding, and ensuring compliance with proper 2- or 3-way matching procedures. u2022 Process approximately 100 invoices weekly and conduct weekly payment runs. u2022 Compile and enter AP aging reports into treasury platforms while ensuring accuracy and timeliness. u2022 Perform month-end close activities, including reconciliations for prepaid accounts, credit cards, and expense audits. u2022 Act as a backup for payroll functions, assisting in critical payroll operations when needed. u2022 Conduct final reviews of expense reports to ensure compliance with organizational policies. u2022 Utilize Oracle Fusion Cloud and Concur systems to streamline AP tasks and reporting. u2022 Create and manage Excel reports, using pivot tables and VLOOKUPs to analyze financial data. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and adherence to financial procedures. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable operations. u2022 Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud for financial management and reporting. u2022 Familiarity with Concur systems is preferred. u2022 Strong skills in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions. u2022 Solid understanding of invoice coding and general ledger procedures. u2022 Experience with ACH payments and check runs. u2022 Ability to process high volumes of invoices efficiently and accurately. u2022 Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
