Description We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team in Weldon, North Carolina. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet organizational needs. Your expertise in full-cycle recruiting and corporate recruitment will ensure a seamless hiring process. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates with relevant experience. u2022 Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent. u2022 Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate skills and suitability. u2022 Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain organized and efficient recruitment workflows. u2022 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions. u2022 Facilitate new employee orientation programs to ensure smooth transitions for new hires. u2022 Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process. u2022 Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. u2022 Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and corporate recruitment. u2022 Proficiency in sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. u2022 Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate qualifications accurately. u2022 Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. u2022 Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Knowledge of onboarding and new employee orientation processes. u2022 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
