Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Forklift Operator Location: Norcross, GA Pay Range: $18 Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM What's the Job? + Operate equipment such as cherry pickers, electric pallet jacks, and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently. + Maintain accurate warehouse inventory balances through cycle counting and inventory reconciliation. + Ensure all inventory transactions are recorded accurately and promptly in the system. + Assist in physical inventories and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory and operational issues. What's Needed? + Minimum of 1 year of experience operating warehouse equipment, including cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and forklifts. + Proficiency with SAP or similar inventory management systems. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate equipment safely. + High school diploma or equivalent. + Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
