Fabricator - Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Fabricator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship, and has experience working with metal fabrication equipment. You will operate a variety of machinesu2014including lasers, benders, and CNC equipmentu2014to produce precision parts and components that support our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities + Fabricate and assemble metal components, including pipe and sheet metal. + Operate equipment such as: + Table and tube lasers + Tube benders + CNC routers + Table saws and other fabrication tools + Build and assemble custom shipping crates as needed. + Interpret and work from blueprints, work instructions, and measurements. + Perform general carpentry tasks related to production. + Maintain a safe work environment and properly handle materials up to 50 lbs. Required Skills & Experience + Proven experience in metal fabrication or a related field. + Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions. + Proficiency in: + Saw operation + Measuring and layout + Assembly and fabrication processes + Hands-on experience with CNC lasers, sheet metal fabrication, and press brakes. + Skilled in using standard hand and power tools. Additional Qualifications + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Prior experience operating fabrication machinery, including: + Tube lasers + Sheet lasers + Tube benders + Turret or punch presses + Ability to understand safety protocols, operating instructions, and maintenance procedures. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delano, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.
