Job Description We are seeking an experienced Developer Advocate to play a critical role in driving adoption of AIu2011enabled software development workflows across a large enterprise engineering organization (8,500+ developers). This role sits at the intersection of handsu2011on software development, developer enablement, and organizational transformation. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, educator, and frontline enableru2014helping engineering teams effectively integrate AI tools into their daily coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and review workflows. This is not a traditional external DevRel role. Instead, you will work internally to transform how software is built at scale by designing and delivering practical training, supporting realu2011world developer use cases, and accelerating timeu2011tou2011value through handsu2011on guidance. You will partner closely with product, architecture, and engineering leadership, while building and nurturing a network of AI Champions to drive sustained adoption across teams. The ideal candidate brings deep, realu2011world software development experience, credibility with senior engineers, and a passion for teaching and coaching.
