Job Summary: Assists with preparation, assembly and service of food and beverages. Responsibilities: u2022 Handles portions and serves food in accordance with menu and dietary restrictions. u2022 Adheres to Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines in the sanitation and maintenance of work area. u2022 May plan, organize and serve food for large groups. u2022 Covers, labels and dates all food products to be stored. u2022 Works assigned tasks on tray production line including preparation of patient meals trays and items for meal service. u2022 Responsible for accurate and timely delivery and picking up of patient trays in a customer friendly manner. u2022 Follows department regulatory standards including hair covering, wearing gloves, dress attire as required.
