Job Summary Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnering with a well-established company in the manufacturing industry to help them hire a Senior Financial Analyst, Cost Accounting . This role supports a multi-site, product-driven organization and plays a critical role in cost analysis, financial reporting, and operational decision-making. The position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to improve cost visibility and drive efficiency as the business continues to grow. Key Responsibilities + Prepare monthly cost reports, highlighting margin variances and key trends + Perform detailed cost analysis for new and existing products across multiple manufacturing locations + Partner with engineering, operations, and procurement to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements + Analyze production variances from initial product launch through full-scale manufacturing + Maintain and update bills of materials (BOMs) and product costing structures + Support budgeting, forecasting, and labor/overhead rate development + Develop and maintain cost accounting models to ensure accurate product costing + Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with internal controls Qualifications and Must-Haves + Bacheloru2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Masteru2019s preferred) + 7+ years of finance/accounting experience within a manufacturing environment + Strong cost accounting and plant/operational finance experience required + Experience in multi-site or matrixed organizations preferred + CPA or CMA certification is a plus + Advanced Excel skills with experience handling large datasets + Experience with ERP systems (Oracle or similar) and financial planning tools (e.g., Hyperion, OneStream, TM1) + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills + Ability to work independently and collaborate across all levels of the organization Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: + The California Fair Chance Act + Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance + Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers + San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance Massachusetts Candidates Only: It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
