Youu2019ll work alongside a small crew, handling framing, finish work, and specialty carpentry while ensuring top-tier craftsmanship and productivity. Responsibilities: u2022 Lead and work alongside a crew of 2u20135 carpenters on new high-end residential homes. u2022 Perform rough and finish carpentry including framing, trim, doors, windows, and flooring. u2022 Build wall, floor, and roof framing; set trusses and beams. u2022 Install sheathing, cabinetry, built-ins, and detailed interior/exterior trim. u2022 Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings. u2022 Measure, cut, and assemble materials using hand and power tools. u2022 Assist with drywall, roofing-related carpentry, and outdoor structures (facias, pergolas). u2022 Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite. Essential Skills: u2022 3+ years of residential carpentry experience (rough and/or finish). u2022 Strong framing and finish carpentry skills. u2022 Experience reading blueprints and leading small crews. u2022 Proficient with hand and power tools (saws, nail guns, measuring tools). u2022 Ability to install doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and flooring. u2022 Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Additional Skills & Qualifications: u2022 Cabinetry or built-in installation experience a plus. u2022 Restoration, painting, or outdoor carpentry experience preferred. u2022 Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work with minimal supervision. u2022 Willingness to learn and grow across all aspects of residential carpentry.
