Adoration Healthu2019s comprehensive benefits include: + Medical, dental and vision + Short- and long-term disability + Life insurance + Tuition reimbursement and discounts + Paid time off + 401(k) retirement savings plan + Flexible Spending Account (FSA) + Employee Assistance Program (EAP) + Employee discounts Responsibilities The Home Health Support Assistant, under the direction of the Branch Manager and/or Administrator, assists with the clerical and administrative support components of the home health and private duty operations and patient care processes, which includes responding to incoming calls, managing paper flow, maintenance of patientsu2019 records, processing requests for release of patientsu2019 records, procuring and stocking/dispensing medical and office supplies and equipment, maintenance of lab requests for billing purposes, duplicating and distributing interoffice forms, managing distribution of interoffice correspondence, registering patients into and maintaining the tele-monitor program (if applicable), and performing other duties as directed by the Branch Manager and/or Administrator.
