Hiring Electro-Mechanical Technicians - Aurora, CO This position supports a growing automation and packaging operation by reviewing production orders, troubleshooting equipment issues, and driving continuous improvement through root cause analysis and equipment modifications. Shift: 1st shift Job Responsibilities: + Review incoming orders and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and alignment with production needs. + Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues and perform detailed root cause analysis. + Build, retrofit, and manage change orders for automated and custom equipment. + Apply PLC programming knowledge to support equipment performance and upgrades. + Use CAD tools and interpret electrical schematics to support design and troubleshooting. + Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to support project execution. Skills/Qualifications: + 5+ years of experience in electrical troubleshooting and reading electrical schematics. + Strong mechanical assembly skills and experience working with industrial or automated equipment. + Experience in preventive maintenance, equipment repair, and blueprint interpretation. + Mechanical assembly skills can be developed on the job but are beneficial. + Experience in customization, packaging, or automation environments is a plus. + Familiarity with PLCs, CAD, and electrou2011mechanical systems is highly valued.
