About the Role The Onboarding Program Coordinator provides high-quality operational support to Sales and Recruiting by managing the end-to-end onboarding process for consultants and suppliers. This role serves as a key point of contact, ensuring compliance with company policies, client requirements, and federal and state regulations while delivering an exceptional onboarding experience. What Youu2019ll Do + Manage the full lifecycle of consultant onboarding, including background checks, drug screenings, documentation, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, and client-specific requirements + Oversee supplier onboarding, ensuring all approval, setup, and compliance standards are met + Maintain accurate and audit-ready consultant and supplier records in alignment with established file standards + Ensure proper FLSA classifications and escalate exceptions or concerns to Onboarding Leadership as needed + Conduct quality reviews and final audits of onboarding documentation, including peer-submitted work + Serve as a subject matter expert on onboarding processes, systems (ATS/HRIS), client nuances, and operational trends + Delivering responsive, professional support to internal and external stakeholders throughout the onboarding process + Contribute to process improvement initiatives, team projects, and cross-functional efforts What You Bring + Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high onboarding volume while maintaining accuracy and timeliness + Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to juggle competing priorities + Comfortable navigating ambiguity, exercising sound judgment, and escalating issues when appropriate + Technically proficient with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and systems quickly + Collaborative, customer-focused mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills + Working knowledge of employment compliance requirements at the federal, state, local, and client level + Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ATS, HRIS, CRM tools, and e-signature platforms preferred Education & Experience + Associateu2019s degree in human resources, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) + 1+ year of experience in HR, staffing, or onboarding operations + Experience with E-Verify, background screening vendors, and CRM/ATS platforms (Bullhorn a plus) Base Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000 _The base salary rate will be commensurate with previous experience and relevant skills and knowledge._ _This position includes additional variable compensation in the form of an annual bonus opportunity._ _W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans, some with an Employer HSA contribution), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits, basic life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO consisting of 10 holidays, 5 sick days (or more if required by law in the state/locality where you work), 15+ days of vacation (based on tenure), bereavement leave, and 6-8 weeks paid maternity/disability leave and 2-4 weeks paid parental leave (based on tenure)._
