What Youu2019ll Do + Operate overhead cranes as your primary materialu2011handling toolu2014very limited forklift use. + Follow work orders or verbal instructions to move, stage, or deliver materials. + Drill materials and clean poles as needed, adapting to a flexible, handsu2011on role. + Load and unload materials from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves. + Measure materials with precisionu2014 accurate to 1/16 of an inch u2014before sending them to the burn table. + Move scrap, chips, and waste materials to designated bins and containers. What You Bring + Proven experience in heavy industrial material handling . + Handsu2011on experience operating overhead cranes in a production environment. + Ability to accurately use a tape measure and perform basic math (fractions, decimals, whole numbers). + Familiarity with general labor and production processes. + Strong commitment to safety and proper materialu2011handling practices. Preferred but Not Required + Machine operation experienceu2014great for future advancement opportunities. + High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
