Job Description

The Sr Director, Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) is responsible for establishing and leading a centralized enterprise PMO that drives strategic execution across the organization. The Sr Director, ePMO serves as a key strategic partner with leadership, providing governance, portfolio oversight, and executive-level insights. This role ensures that all major initiatives are strategically aligned with the companyu2019s long-term objectives, delivered with excellence, and generate measurable business value in a highly competitive car rental and mobility industry. What Youu2019ll Do: + Develop and execute the enterprise PMO vision, strategy, and governance framework, embedding best-in-class methodologies. + Lead enterprise portfolio management: prioritize, balance, and oversee the companyu2019s project portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic goals. + Partner with leadership to advise on project selection, risk/reward trade-offs, resource capacity planning, and strategic road mapping. + Build and lead a high-performing ePMO team; foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement + Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for portfolio health, benefits realization, on-time/on-budget delivery, and strategic alignment, present regular executive dashboards and value realization reports. + Drive standardization of project management tools, processes, templates, and training across the organization to improve delivery predictability and efficiency. What Weu2019re Looking For: Qualifications: + 12+ years of progressive project/program/portfolio management experience, with at least 7 years in senior leadership roles (Director/Sr Director) leading enterprise PMOs or large-scale transformation offices. + Bacheloru2019s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. + Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional portfolios. + Background in transportation, logistics, fleet-based industries, or high-volume consumer services preferred. + Strong financial acumen. + Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders. + PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred. Actual salary commensurate with experience.
