Overview Position: Title: Program Scheduler EVMS Analyst L2 Location: Kirtland AFB- Albuquerque New Mexico 87117 Job Summary: Tutulu LLC is looking for an enthusiastic, well-qualified individual to fill the Program Scheduler/EVMS Analyst L2 position. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented group of individuals committed to driving success. As a Program Scheduler/EVMS Analyst Level 2, you will assist assists in the development, maintenance, and integration of program plans and schedules. This role supports program compliance with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining detailed schedules, assisting with the consolidation of schedules into the Integrated Master Schedule, and helping to identify and troubleshoot potential scheduling problems. This position will provide direct support to the Program Management Office (PMO) and Control Account Managers by assisting with the schedule reviews, implementation of EVMS processes, and contributing to integrated baseline reviews. Skills/Experience Required: u2022 Active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility u2022 5+ years relevant DoD work with practical hands-on experience in contracts and subcontract u2022 At least 2 yearsu2019 experience in a SAP and or SCI environment and worked in this environment within the last five years u2022 May be required to consent to and successfully complete a Government Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph u2022 Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines u2022 Strong verbal and written communication skills u2022 Good critical thinking and problem-solving abilities u2022 Works well independently and as part of a team under general supervision u2022 Familiarity with the design and development of systems complying with DoD contracts u2022 Experience supporting the development and maintenance of compliant schedules using Earned Value Management u2022 Ability to understand Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and help organize schedules accordingly u2022 Assists in analyzing project schedules to provide status updates u2022 Helps maintain the program master schedule for active projects. u2022 Follows and helps update existing processes and procedures for schedule management. u2022 Works with program managers to assist them in correctly updating their schedules. u2022 Participates in the consolidation of schedules to ensure work plans are included in the Integrated Master Schedule. u2022 Assists in monitoring and reviewing project schedules, including resources, interdependencies, and risks. u2022 Participates in weekly program and schedule reviews. u2022 Provides planning assistance to program managers as needed. u2022 Helps ensure program compliance with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements based on EIA 748 standards. u2022 Supports the PMO and Control Account Managers on the implementation of EVMS processes. u2022 Assists in reviewing EVMS artifacts like Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Organizational Breakdown Structures (OBS), and Work Authorization Documents (WAD). u2022 May assist in preparing documentation for the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). u2022 Supports program Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and internal EVMS compliance reviews. u2022 Helps maintain internal process documentation and procedures. u2022 Communicates with the project team to keep them informed on key issues. u2022 Other duties as assigned.
