Job Opportunity Design & Sales Consultant B&B Flooring Dryden, New York B&B Flooring is seeking a motivated and experienced Design & Sales Consultant to join our team in Dryden, New York. Our business specializes in flooring, tile, cabinetry, and window coverings, with a showroom featuring flooring, tile, window treatments, and a kitchen and bath design area. We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic about design, enjoys working with customers, and has the ability to guide clients in selecting products that best fit their needs and vision. Position Responsibilities: Assist clients in selecting flooring, tile, cabinetry, and window covering products Evaluate customer needs and recommend design ideas and product solutions Prepare sales quotes and assist with project coordination Maintain showroom presentation and product knowledge Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication Qualifications: Design and sales experience preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Professional demeanor and positive attitude Creative thinking and ability to recommend design solutions Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and multi-task effectively Adaptability and willingness to accept additional responsibilities as needed 1-2 Years Experience The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, dependable, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
