This position has no supervisory duties, is an individual contributor and reports to the Director of Operations. Essential Job Functions Answer incoming calls from a central switchboard and route to appropriate partyResponsible for voicemail and routing incoming callsGreets and registers all visitors in the reception area Schedules meetings, activities and room requestsReceive donations from the public and coordinates with the Development Office in processingMaintains cleanliness and appearance of the reception areaCoordinates facility safety drillsManage security program for the front doorsCheck in and out telephones and campus vendor keysCheck in and out campus vehiclesProvides clerical support for staff as assigned, including projects, reports, data entry and updating the telephone extension lists and mailbox labelingEducate donors/vendors regarding delivery processCall for extra assistance, emergency police, fire or medical assistance as neededMeeting management including location, room set up, agendas, catering, and attendee communicationProcess all outgoing and incoming mailMonitor and maintain office supplies inventoryOrder general office and copier suppliesFill copy, scan, and fax requestsFront desk coverage daily Fill records requests as neededSchedule and coordinate transportation services for agency vehiclesOther duties as assigned Physical Requirements Ability to infrequently lift up to 25 lbs. as neededWorking Conditions In person on campus office/school and treatment environmentMinimal travel may be required occasionallyMinimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Bachelors degree in business or related field preferredOne or more years of experience performing front desk, office, clerical, or receptionist dutiesAll candidates must have (or qualify to obtain) a current Colorado driver's licenseAll positions require a pre-employment drug test, FBI fingerprint check, CBI criminal records check, child abuse registry check, motor vehicle record check, academic record verification, and reference checksBenefits For employees working 30 or more hours per week: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance optionsGenerous Paid Time Off13 paid holidaysPaid Mental Health days to regroup & rechargeRetirement Plan with a match up to 4% of your annual salaryPet, Legal & Identity Theft insurance optionsHSA & FSA options Accident, Critical Illness, Disability & Hospital Indemnity insurance optionsCompany paid Life Insurance & AD&D with options to purchase additional coverage Employee Assistance ProgramEmployee Referral BonusProfessional Development AssistanceSome positions may qualify for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.
