Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Oversee the charge capture report with daily revenue review with TogetherCare implementationMaintains staff schedules in conjunction with the Practice ManagerIn charge of orientation and training for front office staffHuddles/team meetings as neededFunctions as a Super User, trained in all front desk functionsUnderstands and monitors work of front desk team to ensure assigned work is completed accurately, effectively, and efficiently so as to ensure outstanding patient care.Other duties as assigned to ensure smooth front office and back office, non-clinical roles function effectively and efficiently.QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 2 years’ experience in a medical setting and/or relevant experience preferredEffective written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated attention to detail, organization & effective time managementAbility to work independently with little supervisionSolid judgment to escalate issues appropriatelyDemonstrated leadership abilities including ability to develop and articulate vision, effective resource utilization, ability to mentor others, and conflict mediation skills.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, related computer programs & general office machinesRELATIONSHIP-BASED CAREGUIDING PRINCIPLES:Patient care is designed to meet patient and family needs while taking into account the unique needs of each patient.
