Here's what you'll need •Bachelors Degree in Construction, Engineering or other; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree•At least 20+ years of experience as a general foreman, superintendent, and/or construction manager•At least 20+ years of experience in managing construction projects related to Life Science and/or Pharmaceutical Production Facility Construction preferred•Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building required.•Demonstrated expert knowledge of EI&C Systems, to include Delta V and BMS and Medium Voltage•Experience leading contractors and Superintendents for current scope, engineering information, and document drawings/specifications for construction execution.•Ability to manage EI&C scopes of work from the initial Bid Phase, through Execution, turnover, and close out of the Subcontract•Experience in monitoring project budgets to ensure project requirements are met.Ideally, you will also have:•Ability to work with Engineering and Subcontracting to develop scopes of work for EI&C related bid packages•Liaise between Subcontracts Department and Engineering assuring that all Engineering requirements are met as they relate to the Bid Phase process along with any changes / additions to the Bid Phase documents.•Effective oral and written communication skills required•Works closely with Subcontracts Administration, Project Controls, Accounting, Quality and Turn over to ensure efficient close out of the Subcontract• Proficient in use of software as Power Point, Excel, Word, Bluebeam• Facilitate and coordinate walkdowns and meetings and/or reviews with owner and designers• Attend constructability reviews• Lead client and construction meetings.•Pharma experience preferred#LifeSciences, #Bio/Pharma, #EPCMV, #globallifescience, Construction #LI-SH1 Posted Salary Range: Minimum 134,500.00 Posted Salary Range: Upper 215,000.00 Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
