Guest can enjoy an intimate dining experience with a Chef's tasting menu or a la carte, or if is the case of a special celebratory evening up to eight in our private dining room.Preparation of all pastry products as trained in accordance to Pastry standards; assists higher level bakers; other duties as assigned by Chef. This person would already have experience as a pastry cook. Fine-tuned detailed skills. Able to work single station in the kitchen. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Must have great communication skills. Capable of performing repetitious duties. Ability to take direction for Supervisor and/or Manager. Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and practices an occupational health and safety standards. Must be available AM and PM shifts. Restaurant is open Tuesday - Saturday.
