This position is ideal for someone with hands-on programming experience who takes pride in precision and quality.What You’ll DoProgram, set up, and operate CMM equipmentPerform in-process and final inspectionsRead and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and 3D CAD modelsDocument inspection results (PPAP, FAI, SPC)Use precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gaugesIdentify and report quality concernsSupport continuous improvement initiativesWhat We’re Looking ForCMM programming AND operating experience requiredExperience with PC-DMIS, CMM Manager, or similar inspection software preferredStrong understanding of GD&T and blueprint readingPrior manufacturing inspection or quality control experienceFamiliarity with ISO or AS quality systems preferredStrong attention to detail and reliabilityCompensation & BenefitsStarting at $23.00/hour or higher based on experiencePerformance raises at 90 days, 1 year, and annually thereafterProfit-sharing bonuses twice per year after one year of serviceComprehensive benefits packageStable 1st shift schedule with limited overtimeIf you have hands-on CMM programming experience and are looking for a long-term opportunity with a stable company, we’d like to speak with you.
