The role is responsible for managing a portion of the SAP product and offering portfolio, supporting go-to-market strategy, enabling compliant SAP workloads, and working across sales, delivery, legal, and compliance teams to build scalable, repeatable offerings aligned with regional regulatory and security requirements.The role will lead pilots, support solution scaling, and enable regional teams with offerings designed for secure, compliant SAP environments on sovereign infrastructure.Essential Job FunctionsSupport the acceleration of portfolio growth by managing a portion of the SAP product and offering portfolioCollaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute go-to-market strategiesAssist in budget and investment allocation to maximize portfolio ROI and growthManage and mentor product managers and offering specialistsAnalyze market trends, customer demand, and competitive landscape to support strategic decisionsParticipate in product and offering improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and market insightsFoster collaboration across sales, delivery, legal, compliance, and engineering teams to support product development and market entryContribute to portfolio evaluation and optimization to ensure alignment with corporate growth objectivesSupport critical growth in the Public Sector, Defense, and regulated industries by enabling compliant SAP workloads aligned with regional policy and regulatory requirementsLead pilot programs and scale repeatable solutions across regionsSupport sales enablement and go-to-market activities across regional teamsDevelop secure by design offerings to support SAP workloads on sovereign or compliant infrastructureCoordinate with legal, compliance, and delivery teams to validate offering compliance, security requirements, and operational feasibilityBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically 8+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 3+ years in product management, offering management, portfolio management, or related leadership rolesExperience working with SAP solutions, cloud platforms, managed services, or enterprise infrastructure environmentsProven experience in strategic planning, product or offering development, and market analysisExperience working across cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, finance, and legal/complianceStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated ability to support go-to-market strategy and product portfolio growthPreferred ExperienceExperience with SAP Public Sector, Government, Defense, or regulated industry environmentsExperience with Sovereign Cloud, secure cloud, or regulated infrastructure environmentsExperience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP hosting, SAP cloud, or managed services offeringsExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, particularly in government or sovereign cloud environmentsExperience supporting large enterprise outsourcing, managed services, or infrastructure transformation programsExperience working on go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and portfolio or offering developmentExperience working with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, ITAR, GDPR, or regional data residency requirementsExperience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, legal, compliance, and engineering teamsSAP Enterprise Architecture certification, AWS, Azure, or cloud/security architecture certifications are a plusExperience leading pilots, scaling solutions, and building repeatable offeringsWork Environment / EligibilityRemote role with travel as neededMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the futureActive Secret clearance or eligibility to become clear
