Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance CPA license Experience in an accounting role (specifically facility management) Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office software Excellent communication skills Accounting Manager responsibilities: Oversee all accounting functions including revenue/expense reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly financial reporting. Collect accurate and timely projected performances of the company. Analyze the monthly management reports, budgets, and forecasts to enhance the company's financial status. Offer financial guidance to regional operating units. Maintain inventory. Conduct reconciliation and analysis for balance sheet accounts. Design and create reports, spreadsheets, and databases to organize and present data effectively.
