We are hiring for a skilled Customer Service Insurance Specialist! In these full-time opportunities, you will perform data processing tasks using a basic Microsoft Excel program. Medical insurance data entry experience is preferred, but not required. To be considered for this position, you must have an Associates Degree or higher and 2 years of customer service relevant to health insurance. We are looking for a candidate with good data entry experience, multitasking abilities and the ability to operate in a fast paced environment. Need a focused attention to detail and be self-motivated. Position Details: Full time, contract (Part-time positions available) M-F schedule - days Utilizes various insurances tools and forms to determine accuracy in insurance rates class codes experience modifications Ensures timely and accurate problem resolution in support of Agency client retention goals Processes customer data information Maintains and updates all customer data information in all systems Associates Degree plus 2 years of health insurance related customer service experience Bachelors Degree - new grads welcome 1 year of Microsoft Excel experience Data entry skills required Focused attention to detail Good communication skills Self-Motivated US citizen or permanent resident status Successful completion of a background check
