We seek medical professionals who combine strong clinical expertise with a consultative, client-centered approach.Estheticians are trained to perform non-invasive aesthetic services in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies, and all governing regulations. Clinical & Client Care ResponsibilitiesPerform non-invasive aesthetic services including, but not limited to:Laser Hair RemovalBody contouring and skin rejuvenation services (e.g., CoolSculpting, DiamondGlow, Microneedling, Ultherapy where applicable)Conduct thorough client consultations to assess treatment suitability and goalsEducate clients on treatment plans, expected outcomes, and pre- and post-care guidelinesEnsure client safety and treatment efficacy through adherence to clinical protocolsMaintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical documentationDeliver world-class customer service to build trust, retention, and long-term client relationshipsParticipate in service recovery and problem-solving using sound clinical judgmentClinic Operations & Sales PartnershipActively recommend, promote, and educate clients on aesthetic services and products using a consultative approachCollaborate with clinic leadership and operations teams to achieve clinic and company goalsSupport daily clinic operations as needed, including scheduling, check-in/check-out, and payment processingMaintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, including equipment sanitation and supply managementAssist in managing day-to-day schedules to accommodate client needs, including same-day treatments when appropriateTravel between clinics as needed based on business needsPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsActive Esthetician license in the state of practice, in good standingExperience with laser hair removal and advanced aesthetic treatments is requiredStrong documentation skills; detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivatedExcellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skillsAbility to work autonomously while contributing to a positive, collaborative work environmentProfessional appearance, demeanor, and bedside manner at all timesAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with continuous changeFlexibility to work evenings and weekendsAbility to meet physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and operating clinical equipmentCompensationCompetitive hourly compensationOpportunities for additional earnings through tips Benefits & PerksMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance (available to eligible employees)401(k) plan (eligible immediately)Employer-paid life insuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Pet insurance and additional voluntary benefitsPaid training and professional developmentEmployee discounts on services and productsCareer advancement and leadership development opportunitiesScheduling Requirements:Must be available to work 2 days per week (2 weekends per month is required)Must be available to cover either Central Park, Soho, Midtown locations OR Brooklyn and WilliamsburgIncluding weekends and Holidays.Must be available to work from 9:30am-7:30pm each day.Why SEV LaserRapid national expansion with strong leadership supportEmphasis on clinical excellence, safety, and client experienceSupportive, collaborative cultureInvestment in training, growth, and long-term career developmentOpportunities to grow into leadership roles as the company expandsThe pay range for this role is:25 - 50 USD per hour(Soho, NY)PI7c519f0df5f9-30511-40252607
