Job Type: Full-timeSchedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30 pm ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS- Complete daily physical inventories and cycles counts.- Research and correct inventory discrepancies and perform adjustments where needed- Posting of adjustments in the ERP system.- Receive and verify purchase orders and stock items appropriately- Identify, document, and quarantine any damaged products- Assist in maintaining Material Safety Data Sheets for incoming materials- Receive items into ERP system & update internal work orders and planning reports- Reconcile non-conformances with suppliers on stock item purchases- Storing of various stock and non-stock inventory items once incoming inspection and receiving process has been completed.- Kitting/Picking of stock items for both internal work orders and picking stock items and forwarding to vendors/suppliers to fulfill sub-contracting purchase orders. - Coordinating incoming raw materials including cryogenic piping for further processing, includes scanning of all material certifications where relevant into ERP system for traceability.- Organize stock room shelves by inventory categories and insure adequate spacing is available for arriving stock.- Issue stock parts on sign-out padPREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field preferred- Minimum 3 years? prior work experience in a comparable position; control cycle count, procurement/purchasing experience- Software ? Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook- Solid understanding of ERP functionality, currently using Microsoft Dynamics, converting to Business Central- Communication ? Able to use email, phone, and in person to find answers to inventory discrepancies and resolve non-conformances with suppliers- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsWORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
