COMMUNITY BRIDGES IS GROWING - JOIN OUR TEAM!$1,000 Sign-On BonusCommunity Bridges is seeking One Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our Day Program in Bradford, NH.Founded in 1982, Community Bridges is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the integration, growth, and interdependence of individuals with developmental disabilities within their own communities. Serving more than 1,100 individuals and families throughout the Greater Capital Area, we work to remove barriers and create meaningful community connections.Position OverviewAs a Day Program Direct Support Professional, you will promote abilities-not disabilities by supporting individuals in building skills, confidence, and meaningful connections within their community. You will help identify and build upon each person's unique strengths, interests, and gifts to encourage social inclusion.QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or GED requiredExperience: Experience in human services or a related field supporting individuals with disabilities preferredReliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of automobile insurance requiredCompensation & Benefits$1,000 Sign-On Bonus$500 paid at hire$500 paid after 6 months of employmentSign-on bonus available to new hires only. Re-hires and transfers are not eligible.
