About Us:We are partnering with a well-established residential apartment community in Columbus, OH that is committed to maintaining high-quality living standards and a well-maintained property for its residents.Benefits & Perks:Competitive pay: $25-$30 per hourStable, on-site long term opportunityEstablished apartment community environmentTeam-oriented maintenance staffOpportunity to start ASAPConsistent, hands-on workSummary:Oversee and perform maintenance operations for a residential apartment community.Ensure the property remains safe, functional, and visually well-maintained.Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry plete work orders and unit turns within required timelines.Maintain community standards in alignment with Property Manager expectations.Responsibilities:Perform a variety of residential service repairs in a timely and professional manner.Prioritize and complete work orders within a 48-hour goal plete punch-outs to ensure all units are make-ready within 5 business days.Participate in the on-call rotation with the maintenance team.Maintain grounds daily and conduct building exterior checks.Keep maintenance shop clean and organized.Perform preventative maintenance and maintain pool and snow logs.Perform seasonal duties including snow removal (winter) and watering flowers (summer).Ensure safety equipment is current and in stock.Requirements:Desired Work Experience:1-3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or ManagerExperience completing work orders, punch-outs, and turnsExperience working with residential parts and appliancesSpecial Certifications Needed:HVAC/EPA CertificationValid driver’s licenseAbility to pass MVR, background check, and drug screeningAdditional Qualifications:Experience with HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and installationLight plumbing, electrical, brazing, and carpentry experienceAbility to work on-site and participate in on-call rotation
