Floral Designer- Part Time up to 24 hours per weekGreat Flexible Schedule!Position Summary We are seeking a reliable Floral Designer to handle the daily operations of our floral department, from processing shipments to creating custom arrangements. This role requires a blend of physical stamina for handling inventory and artistic skill for floral design.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign: Create floral arrangements based on specific reference photos or original concepts.Customer Service: Assist customers in selecting the right flowers and designs for various occasions and budgets.Preparation: Trim, wrap, and package individual flowers and bouquets for sale or ventory & Care: Receive incoming flower shipments, process stems, and organize them in the appropriate storage areas. Maintain flower health through regular watering and pruning.Maintenance: Keep the design station and display areas clean and organized.Schedule & EnvironmentHours: Flexible shifts available between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift flower crates/buckets.QualificationsExperience in floral design is a plus.Knowledge of flower varieties and specific care requirements.Strong communication skills for customer interaction.Ability to replicate designs accurately from a visual guide.
