Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years Tele RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A healthcare opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse with telemetry skills in a rural hospital setting located in Fountain, MI. This contract position offers a 13-week assignment on a med/surg/telemetry unit where adaptability to varying patient acuity levels is essential. Nurses with critical care or stepdown experience are highly preferred, as well as those proficient in interpreting ECG rhythms. Experience managing ventilators or titrating drips will be beneficial in this role. Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse license in Michigan Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Experience in telemetry nursing required; critical care or stepdown experience preferred Ability to interpret ECG rhythms Ventilator management or drip titration experience a plus Shift: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM Responsibilities: Provide skilled nursing care to patients on a med/surg/telemetry unit Monitor cardiac rhythms and assess for changes Manage patient ventilation and medication drips as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes Adapt to fluctuating patient acuity within the rural hospital setting Fountain, MI, is a quiet and welcoming rural community known for its peaceful environment and easy access to outdoor activities.
