We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Door Manufacturing Team Member to join our production team at Abel Door & Trim located at 235 FM 371 in Gainesville, TX. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, safety-conscious, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves operating saws and pneumatic tools, reading tape measures, performing basic math, communicating well and working effectively with others to complete daily tasks.Key Responsibilities:Operate saws and other cutting equipment safely and accurately.Read and interpret tape measures and production instructions.Perform basic math to ensure accurate measurements and cuts.Use pneumatic and battery-powered tools for assembly and fabrication.Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.Work as part of a team to meet production goals and municate effectively with team members and plete assigned tasks efficiently with attention to quality and detail.Assist with material handling and other duties as needed.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Prior experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is a fortable using power tools and shop equipment.Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16".Basic math skills required.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 mitment to workplace safety and quality.Work Environment:This role operates in a production & manufacturing door shop where the noise levels can be moderate, and the work involves physical labor.Abel Door & Trim is a company that is growing quickly and advancement opportunities will arise.
