The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant assumes clinical responsibility in an assigned facility. This is a professional position with the primary responsibility of direct patient care under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist. Adaptability, compassion, detail oriented, friendly & courteous.A moderate degree of physical strength is needed because of the exertion required to assist patients.Ability tokneel, stoop and stand for long periods of time with or without accommodation.
