By coaching leaders, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping solve day-to-day challenges, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and long-term growth across the district.Key Responsibilities & Job FunctionsLead, Coach, and Develop Restaurant ManagersRecruit, interview, and hire strong store managers who align with company values and leadership standards.Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and leadership development to help managers grow professionally.Create a supportive leadership environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.Provide constructive feedback, performance guidance, and when necessary, make disciplinary decisions to maintain strong operational standards.Identify future leaders within the organization and help develop their skills for advancement.Build a Positive, Family-Oriented Team CultureFoster a welcoming and respectful work environment where managers and team members feel valued and supported.Encourage open communication between leadership teams and restaurant staff.Promote teamwork, trust, and collaboration across all locations in the district.Be approachable and accessible so managers feel comfortable bringing challenges and ideas forward.Recognize and celebrate team successes to strengthen morale and engagement.Solve Operational Challenges and Support Store SuccessIdentify operational challenges and work closely with managers to develop practical solutions that improve efficiency and performance.Provide guidance and hands-on support when stores face staffing shortages, operational issues, or service challenges.Monitor daily operations across locations to ensure consistency in service, product quality, and guest experience.Help managers improve systems, processes, and workflow to create smoother operations.Drive Sales Growth and Financial PerformanceSet regional goals including sales targets, revenue projections, and operational benchmarks.Work with managers to develop strategies that increase sales, improve guest satisfaction, and strengthen overall store performance.Monitor each store’s financial performance including P&L reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.Manage the regional budget and ensure each store operates within company financial guidelines.Ensure Brand Consistency and Marketing AlignmentEnsure marketing efforts, promotions, and brand messaging are consistent across all locations.Help managers effectively implement promotions and marketing initiatives that drive guest traffic and sales growth.Ensure each location delivers a consistent brand experience for every guest.Maintain Operational Standards and ComplianceEnsure all restaurants follow company policies, industry regulations, and operational procedures.Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and workplace safety across all locations.Ensure restaurants consistently meet or exceed company expectations for service, quality, and operational munication and Strategic CollaborationAct as the primary liaison between restaurant locations and company municate operational updates, company initiatives, and strategic priorities to store managers.Provide recommendations and insights to senior leadership based on field experience and store performance data.Support company growth initiatives and operational improvements across the district.What Makes This Role GreatLead and mentor a team of restaurant managersPlay a key role in developing future leadersHelp build a positive, family-oriented work cultureSolve real operational challenges and drive meaningful improvementsMake a direct impact on the success and growth of multiple restaurantsFor 60 years, Hardee's has brought communities together with quality, delicious food.
