We are currently hiring a skilled Construction Foreman to support all phases of utility construction for a variety of telecom projects. This role requires a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and hands-on experience in underground utility work.Key Responsibilities: Assist in building, repairing, and maintaining utility construction projectsWork in outdoor environments, including trenches and underground sitesTroubleshoot and resolve issues that arise in the fieldTrain crew members on the safe and effective use of tools and equipmentOperate heavy machinery such as backhoes, dozers, cable plows, trenchers, air compressors, hydraulic reel trailers, and moreEnsure proper setup and execution of all phases of job-site activityMaintain compliance with all safety standards and project specificationsComplete other duties as assigned Requirements: Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License)Experience in underground utility constructionStrong knowledge of construction equipment and field operationsWillingness to work outdoors in varying conditions
