Alliance Risk Group is seeking an experienced Liability Claims Adjuster for a W2 part-time, exempt, field-based role handling a high volume of claims throughout Albany, NY and nearby areas (within 60 miles). While some tasks can be done from home, this role requires being local for site visits and in-person investigations.Key Responsibilities:Investigate claims by interviewing claimants, insureds, and witnessesAnalyze liability, negligence, and comparative faultReview medical records and reports to evaluate damagesSet reserves and recommend settlements or denialsNegotiate with attorneys and third partiesPrepare detailed reportsQualifications:3+ years liability or casualty claims adjusting experienceStrong knowledge of tort law and negligenceAbility to manage a high-volume caseload independentlySkilled in negotiation and report writingLicensed adjuster (or willing to obtain)Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 annually (W2, exempt, based on experience and claims volume)Apply today to put your investigative and analytical skills to work in a high-volume, field-based claims role!
