Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years ER RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (11am-11pm) Includes some weekends Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program Active RN license in Montana BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC certifications (or obtained within 6 months of hire) Minimum 2 years of recent ER nursing experience Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and CEN certification preferred Required Skills & Abilities: Expertise in emergency department nursing principles and clinical procedures Strong IV skills; proficiency with manual and electronic medical equipment Confident in patient assessment, triage, and rapid response to changing patient needs Basic computer and office skills Key Responsibilities: Provide direct and indirect nursing care in the emergency setting Accurately and rapidly triage patients considering both physical and psychosocial needs Communicate effectively with physicians, mid-level providers, patients, and families Respond swiftly to changes in patient condition or response to treatment Guide and support Emergency Department techs, registration staff, and allied health professionals Uphold a high standard of compassionate, efficient care in every situation Pre-Employment Screening: Candidates offered a position must successfully pass a pre-employment background check, drug screening, and health/immunization assessment.
