Qualification / Experience (no of years) : - to years’ experience in Finance/Accounting - Qualification in Accounting in USA - May/May not be CPA - Good communication skills General Providing day-to-day accounting support to Business Ensuring proper maintainance of books of accounts. Work as Busniess Partner with other function in the company Reporting MIS & STATUTORY Accounts Monthly MIS reporting to parent company Ensuring compliance of local tax and accounting requirement . Review / Analysis of Financial data Finalising Budget Supporting Finalisation of STATUTORY accounts Timely vendor payments Financial Standards & Guidelines Implementation of processes with respect to accounting & reporting financials in line with US GAAP Responsibility of Common Data maintainance Improving existing internal procedures, setting up procedures for new business cases so as have better controls in regulatory or legal compliances. Overall responsibility for implementation of other financial systems Projects Maintain integrity between of Business Transaction with SAP Implementation of all compnay projects related to Finance and accounting Ensuring timely filing of statutory returns rd Party Management Interaction with Internal & External Auditors of the Company Resolving specific queries of Vendors & Customers People Encourage problem solving & continuous improvement & a Team player - At KAYGEN, we are always looking for dynamic, talented and experienced individuals.
