Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler - LoadbanksLocation: Faribault, MNCompensation: $20.00 per hour - paid weeklySchedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Thursday | 5am - 3:30pmJob Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-timeAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Electromechanical Assemblers for a power distribution equipment manufacturer in Faribault, MN. In this role, you’ll help assemble, wire, and test electrical loadbank units according to customer specifications. If you enjoy hands-on electrical/mechanical work, using tools, and building high?quality products, this opportunity offers long-term stability and weekly pay.What You’ll Do as an Electromechanical Assembler:Assemble components according to prints, including mounting parts and performing wiring and OHM testingRead and interpret BOMs, schematics, engineering drawings, and work instructionsComplete in-process quality checks and escalate non?conforming issuesFollow work orders and produce assemblies that meet quantity and quality standardsUse hand and power tools to build electrical and mechanical assembliesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaComplete all required production documentationPerform additional duties and projects as assignedWhat You Need to Bring to the Electromechanical Assembler Role:High school diploma or equivalentAbility to read instructions and visually inspect assembled partsAbility to lift up to 25 pounds and perform regular standing, bending, and movementGood hand dexterity and grip strengthAbility to interpret diagrams/schematics (preferredWiring experience (preferred)Strong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to use hand and power toolsReliable, self?motivated, and able to work well with a teamAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screen and/or physical, if requiredWhy You’ll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
