Both households are families of five (six if you include the family dogs!), with two parents and three children each. All the children are under the age of 10, and the families live just 15 minutes apart, in Lafayette and Alamo, respectively. The responsibilities will be split between the two homes, with two days spent at one family's residence and three days at the other. Both families lead busy lives, balancing professional careers, active schedules, and lots of family activities. We are looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented, organized, and flexible, able to seamlessly transition between both homes while maintaining consistency and supporting the day-to-day operations in each. With two of the four parents stepping away from the corporate world to focus on family businesses and passion projects, we're now ready to invest in an experienced, high-level house manager who will bring greater structure and ease to our households, allowing us to focus on what matters most: more time together with our friends and family. We have previously had support in our homes and hold a high standard for this role. We are seeking a seasoned House Manager who brings maturity, initiative, and a collaborative presence. You understand the importance of consistency and are attentive to the small details that make a home feel organized and comfortable. You take pride in the quality of your work, bringing a high level of awareness to your surroundings and consistently seeking ways to improve and support the family.
