Position SummaryThe HR Administrator 1 is an entry level role supporting day to day Human Resources Operations , including onboarding ,employee records, benefits administration, and HR support. We believe in creating lasting, meaningful change for the individuals and communities we serve.Guided by our core values-Family, Own It, Dependable, Passionate, Relationship, Integrity, Innovative, and Safety-we are working toward our bold vision of becoming a $1B company by 2034Key Responsibilities:Onboarding & Employee RecordsProcess new hire onboarding, including I-9 verification and required documentationEnsure accurate entry of employee data in HRIS (iSolve or similar)Maintain employee personnel files and documentationCoordinate and process background checksHR Operations & Employee SupportRespond to routine employee HR inquiries (benefits, PTO, timecards)Support employment verification requestsMaintain accurate HR records and documentationEscalate complex issues to HR leadership as neededBenefits AdministrationAssist with benefits eligibility tracking and employee notificationsSupport enrollment and update benefit elections in HRISHelp track benefits during employee leavesLeave & Compliance SupportAssist with FMLA/PFMLA documentation and trackingSupport COBRA notifications and compliance processesMaintain awareness of basic employment law requirementsReporting & Timekeeping SupportMaintain basic HR reports (new hires, terminations, benefits)Review timecards for completeness and escalate discrepanciesSupport payroll-related data accuracyQualifications0-2 years of experience in HR, administration, or related fieldExposure to HRIS systems (iSolve or similar) preferredBasic understanding of HR processes, payroll, or benefits (or willingness to learn)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionStrong communication and customer service skillsAuthorized to work in the USSuccess ProfileHigh attention to detail and accuracyResponsive and service-orientedWillingness to learn and grow within HRAbility to follow processes and escalate appropriatelyWhy Join OptilineAt Optiline, we don't just build projects-we build people, opportunities, and a better industry.
