Knowledge of plants, botany and horticulture are a major benefit, but can be taught in the field. Candidate must ensure that finished landscape projects meet all standards and guidelines set forth. Ensure that rules and regulations of the Company are enforced and adhered to. The ability to interact courteously and effectively with fellow personnel and management as well as provide award-winning customer service is a necessity. Possession of a CDL license and/or any industry/trade specific licenses a plus. Health insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO & Holiday Pay. Pay rates range from $20.00 to $32.00 depending on experience & skill levels. We work within the state of Maine, so you will be home every night.
