Job Description Hours/Shift: 5am-5pm Monday-Saturday We are seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Operator to support daily warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound materials, verifying shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and safely operating material handling equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities u2003u2022 Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment u2003u2022 Verify inbound and outbound shipments by checking quantities, descriptions, and documentation (Bills of Lading, packing slips, RMAs, invoices) u2003u2022 Ensure shipped materials match documentation and are properly labeled and color-coded u2003u2022 Interact professionally with carrier drivers during pickups and deliveries u2003u2022 Transport materials to appropriate storage or production areas u2003u2022 Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records u2003u2022 Support inventory checks and report discrepancies as needed u2003u2022 Coordinate with Purchasing and Inventory Control to support material ordering and stocking u2003u2022 Deliver verified paperwork to the main office and purchasing team u2003u2022 Assist production teams with label printing, scheduling, and planning as needed u2003u2022 Maintain adequate shipping supplies (pallets, cartons, banding materials, etc.) We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
