Job Description A Machinist Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machine tools to produce precision metal or plastic parts. They work with equipment such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machines to manufacture components according to technical specifications. Key Responsibilities u2003- Set up and operate manual and CNC machines (lathes, mills, grinders, etc.) u2003- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders u2003- Measure and inspect finished parts using precision tools (calipers, -micrometers, gauges) u2003- Adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and quality u2003- Monitor machine performance and make necessary corrections u2003- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment u2003- Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications u2003- Maintain a clean and safe work environment u2003- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
