As a leader in pediatric therapy, we provide a purpose-driven environment where your skills and compassion truly make a difference.The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides clinical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral services. The BCBA conducts comprehensive assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Additionally, the BCBA provides essential supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), analyzing data and adjusting treatment plans to foster meaningful progress in communication, social, and adaptive skills.Conduct behavioral assessments, design and implement measurable, evidence-based goals across environments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) while maintaining insurance standards and deadlinesSupervise, train and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)Implement and supervise behavior data collection systems for continuous evaluation based on payor requirements and authorizationsConduct regular parent training and consultation based on payor requirements and authorizationsParticipate in weekly clinical meetings and monthly staff-wide trainingsCommunicate with insurance companies and other care providersStay current on research and evidence-based practicesMaintain accurate 'CAQH' profile and NPICollaborate with other disciplines, medical providers, and educatorsManage electronic data collection system and store all records in the EMRPerform accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system and complete documentation of services promptlyAdhere strictly to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's Code of EthicsCurrent and active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst by the Behavior Analyst Certification BoardAt least a Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year experience working with children on the spectrum.HealthPRO Heritage and its subsidiaries provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
