At ADS, we foster a culture where diverse perspectives drive better ideas, ensuring every employee feels valued, heard, and empowered to make an impact.The Mobile Grinding/Wash Team has an excellent opportunity forMachine Operatorsbased out of the Pandora, OH facility.Candidate can live in any state but must be willing to travel to jobsites located across the country.Job Requirements include:Strongmechanical skill setGood communication skillsOperates well individually or in a team environmentExperience in operation of heavy equipment including:Forklifts, skid steers, telescoping material handlers, conveyors, trailers, and a variety of tools for repair and maintenance items.Must have a valid driver's license.Ensure quality by conducting final visual inspections and labeling all finished goodsMeet or exceed standard production efficiencies on production linesAbility to travel extensively(up to 75% of the time)ALL Travel (airline, rental car, hotel) and meal expenses reimbursedEmbrace a culture of safety.
